PHOTO-Graphics provide their services to you subject to the following conditions.
All content included on this site is the property of PHOTO-Graphics.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of PHOTO-Graphics and protected by irish and international copyright laws. The term reproduction includes any form of publication or copying of the whole or part of any picture whether altered or not and whether by printing, photography, slide projection (whether to an audience or not), xerography, electronic or mechanical reproduction or storage. Or for any use as artist's reference or illustration, or in a layout or presentation.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. PHOTO-Graphics reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

With purchasing our photographs you are not buying the copyright.
The right to reproduce a picture, supplied by PHOTO-Graphics to the customer, will require explicit written permission from PHOTO-Graphics and may not be assigned to any third party without PHOTO-Graphics's prior written consent. Please feel free to contact us for special conditions.

Picture Delivery
Ordered pictures will be delivered in between ten days after full payment is recieved. The invoice will show ordered products, delivered to the customer, using the order number as a unique reference. The pictures are presumed to have been received in good condition unless the client notifies PHOTO-Graphics in writing of any discrepancy or error within 7 days of receipt.
