PHOTO-Graphics is the exclusive photographer during the wedding ceremony and formal photo sessions  following the ceremony.  Other photography will be permitted only at the discretion of PHOTO-Graphics  (and is normally allowed without problem); however, any other individuals taking photographs must not interfere with the studio photography process.  Reception photography is open to all family and friends of the wedding couple.

All wedding day negatives and digital taken RAW files remain the exclusive property of PHOTO-Graphics.
PHOTO-Graphics reserves exclusive use of negatives, RAW files and prints, including  reproduction and copyright.  PHOTO-Graphics reserves the right to use all negatives, RAW files and prints for  display, publication or other purposes.

The studio reserves the right to remove any undesirable prints from deliverable previews (blink shots, blurred images, etc.)

No unauthorized copies may be made of any prints or enlargements produced by PHOTO-Graphics.  This includes electronic scanning or otherwise copying those prints, both of which represent violations of existing copyright laws.  These conditions do not apply when the wedding couple has purchased negatives or a wedding package which includes digital pictures on a CD.

PHOTO-Graphics will do its best to capture all agreed-upon wedding day moments.  However, due to limits imposed by time and events of the wedding day, PHOTO-Graphics cannot be held liable for unintentional errors or omissions on the part of its photographers.

Initial wedding deposits to reserve date and time are nonrefundable.  If for any reason a wedding time and date are changed after submittal of the original deposit, the studio will do it’s best to accommodate those changes; however, any such accommodations are based on the availability of the photographer for the new time and date. In the rare event of a wedding cancellation, the initially required wedding deposit cannot be refunded.

The balance of the wedding package payment (or any negotiated expanded basic package) is due three weeks before the wedding day.  Any additional balance (when applicable) is due upon delivery of the preview print album.

As human error is always possible, it is the responsibility of the bride and groom to contact PHOTO-Graphics during the week of the wedding to confirm wedding day plans and requirements. Unless otherwise specified, wedding day photographic coverage begins no later than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.  

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, PHOTO-Graphics will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.
